Our Certification Process consists of the following stages:
In the first stage, the applicant needs to fill the application regarding the certificate he wishes to register for. A questionnaire is prepared to get all the information concerning the organization. For example, the desired scope of the certification, the general features of the applicant like name, address, location and more.
In this stage, all the details provided by the client is checked and the review and the process of the certification starts. The review is conducted in accordance with the procedure. If the same is found to be within our scope of accreditation the quotation is prepared. This quotation is based on the requirements of multi-site activities and other considerations.
In this stage, we proceed with the initial certification audit activity on the completion of the earlier activities. Each certified organization shall is required to undergo a surveillance audit during the term of validity of its certification. The continual conformance of the organization management system with the certification standard shall be verified by auditing selected elements of the management system at each visit besides verification of the effectiveness of the corrective actions against the non-conformities raised during the previous audit. The Auditors complete the reports in a precise and accurate manner.
Matrix Certification Services make the certification decision on the basis of an evaluation of the audit findings and conclusions and any other relevant information (e.g. public information, comments on the audit report from the client). The audit team then analyze all information and audit evidence gathered during the audits to review the audit findings and agree on the audit conclusions.
Surveillance audits are on-site audits, but are not necessarily full system audits. Surveillance audits planned together with the other surveillance activities so that the certification body can maintain confidence that the certified management system continues to fulfil requirements between recertification audits.
